Visual
Intense straw yellow colour with greenish hues.
Palate
Citrus and stone fruit flavors abound followed by flavors of pear and ripe melon with vanilla, sweet spice, and toast. The finish is fresh and crisp.
Nose
Concentrated aromas of ripe citrus and honey, tropical fruits, notes of peaches, white flowers, and spicy vanilla.
Winemaking
Fermented on fine lees, in barrels and stainless steel with natural yeasts. Aged for 10 months in French oak (first, second and third use barrels used). 40% do not undergo malolactic fermentation.
