A richness of flavours and pleasure (white stone fruit, fresh quince) amplified by a precise vinification and slow rising creamy mousse. The wine offers body, power and depth. The finish is chiselled and persistent.
Delicious intensity of mature crunchy fruit with an elegant and harmonious character (orchard fruit, citrus fruit and biscuity). A pure and nuanced sensorial development brought from notes of gourmet pastries (buttery, warm madeleines).
