Visual

Straw yellow.

Palate

Full bodied and rich, it offers a pleasant harmony between the intense flavors and the refreshing acidity.

Nose

Complex, fragrant with ripe pear, white peach and sun-dried citrus aromas, integrated in floral and spicy notes of chamomile, almond and walnuts.

Winemaking

Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 18°C, in special stainless steel tanks. 50% of the wine completes the last third of the fermentation in second use 5 tones oak barrels, where it also remains for the ageing phase. The other half, finishes its fermentation in stainless steel, where it continues with the ageing phase on the lees.
