Visual

Bright lemon.

Palate

Very elegant wine with mineral notes and well integrated acidity. Long and fine in the mouth. A very beautiful precision is offered to us, on woody and fruity notes to give way to a finish on a lemony note.

Nose

Fine and elegant bouquet, with citrus and mineral notes.

Winemaking

Manual harvesting, double sorting, and pneumatic pressing. Aging in French oak barrels of 228 liters (15 % new) in which the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in yeasts and native bacteria takes place. Breeding will be long on fine lees for 18 months. Without stirring. One month before bottling, the wine from different barrels is placed in a stainless steel tank for blending. Light filtration before bottling.
