Nose

The bouquet is specifically soft (notes of lemon, green apple, citrus and grapefruit) and fruity.

Winemaking

Vinification: 48 hours of maceration. Fermentation with natural yeasts of grapes, in stainless steel tanks. Maturation: 7 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
