Palate

Despite its youth, this Riesling displays mineral tones, well represented, framed by notes of yellow fruits and dried herbs. Impeccably textured, with mineral-acid touches, very well balanced, and with a refreshing aftertaste.

Nose

Mineral-citrus aromas, typical for young Rieslings, very fresh and present.

Winemaking

Traditional winemaking with a reductive style, using wild yeasts to preserve the primary fruit aromas and to highlight the characteristics of climate and soil.
