Vinificare
Made from 100% Chardonnay, using a blend of grapes sourced from several Chablis Grand Cru climats. Fermentation takes place in both stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, followed by approximately 8–10 months of aging on fine lees to enhance complexity and texture while preserving the freshness and distinctive mineral expression of the Chablis terroir.
