Visual

Palate

Fruity flavors, silky but firm tannins, good acidity, and a long, complex finish.

Nose

Sensual in its complexity, with aromas of forest fruits, plums, licorice, mineral and coffee.

Winemaking

The grapes, coming from every single vineyard, separately undergo fermentation, maceration, and aging in oak for 12 months. Then they are blended and further aged in oak for another 12 months.
