Shipment & Transportation

1. Delivery  The Seller shall dispatch the good to the Buyer by means of a door-to-door carrier. Under normal circumstances, the delivery term of the products bought by means of the online store at www.vinimondo.ro shall be 2 business days, from the time of confirming the order, maximum 3 business days. In the event that you have selected the bank transfer payment method, the Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products within 2 days from the date the amount reached the Seller’s account. In case of default, the Seller shall refund the amount within a maximum of 3 business days, to the Buyer’s bank account, unless the Seller agrees to an extension of the delivery term, agreement to be communicated via email.

SC VINIMONDO IMPORT SRL may change the delivery term, in special circumstances, by notifying the Buyer about such change. In the event that the Buyer is not located on the delivery date, the carrier shall keep the ordered goods for another 1-3 days, while trying to contact the Buyer in order to complete de delivery. Product delivery is related to the availability of products in stock. If the products ordered are not available at the time of delivery, and the Buyer pays for such products without confirmation of their availability, SC VINIMONDO IMPORT SRL shall refund the product value.

 

2. Transport For deliveries in the range of the City of Bucharest, FREE transport applies on all orders over Lei 250. For deliveries outside the range of the City of Bucharest, FREE transport applies on all orders over Lei 400. For all other instances, a fee of Lei 19,99 shall apply. The amount shown in your online Basket is the full payable amount.

 

Buying

The online store at www.vinimondo.ro undertakes to act as an easy-to-use tool for purchasing premium products.  By accessing the store, you shall save time, energy and may receive advice. In order to be able to order through our website, you must follow these steps:

 

1. Create Account Go to the Home Page and click on the “Sign Up” button, located on the upper right of the page; then, enter your name and first name, the username that you would like to use to access your account, your email address, the desired password, a confirmation of the desired password and the phone number that you wish to use for us to contact you.

 

2. Product Selection There are several ways that you may select the products of your choice: 

·        On the Home Page, enter the criteria that the desired wine should comply with – in the "What kind of wine would you like?" box;

·        On the Home Page, select the "Wines" option and "Select a wine", progressing through the country, area and the manufacturer desired;

·        On the Home Page, select the "Wines" option and "All wines”, going through the filters on the left-hand side of the page, according to preferences;

·        On the Home Page, select the "Wines" option and "Best buy”;

·        On the Home Page, select the "Shop" option and "Wines”, going through the filters on the left-hand side of the page, according to preferences;

·        On the Home Page, select the "Promotions" option and "Wines”, going through the filters on the left-hand side of the page, according to preferences.

 

3. Online Order  All products on the website are grouped into categories. Once you managed to find the desired product, click the "Buy" button. By clicking on the button, your shopping basket shall be loaded with one piece of the product. The upper right-hand side of the screen will show you your shopping basket and the number of products in it. Just click on "Shopping Basket" to view its content. In order to add several pieces of the same product into your shopping basket, you have 3 options available:

·        Click on “Buy” for as many times as the desired number of pieces of the same product;

·        Before clicking on “Buy”, add the number of desired product in the field “pcs”, press “Enter” or "Buy";

·        You may change the number of desired products directly in your shopping basket, by directly changing the "Quantity" field and pressing "Enter" or "Update".

·        You will find your selected products, at all times, on the upper right corner of your screen, in the "Shopping Basket". Should you wish to change any quantities in the shopping basket, there are options available, allowing you to change (by pressing the "Shopping Basket" button), cancel the order of product(s) (by clicking on the “X” sign located next to every product) or cancel the full order by pressing the “Empty Basket” button. Once you have added all the products desired in the basket, you may proceed with your order by pressing the "Next Step" button. You may also continue shopping in our online store by selecting the "Continue Shopping" option.

 

4. Completing your Order. Fill in the fields of the form in order to complete the order, and select “Next Step”. You will see a proforma invoice containing all the items you have selected, as well as their cost. The delivery fee is also included in the proforma. You may also select the “Back” button if you wish to view the information previously filled in.

 

5. Select your preferred payment method, when you will need to agree to the Terms & Conditions set by the seller in order to be able to proceed (the Terms & Conditions are, in fact, the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer). 

 

6. Confirming your Order You will receive, by email, all the details concerning your chosen payment method, the delivery address, the proforma invoice etc.

All the fields that you fill in may be changed up to the moment of pressing the “Confirm Order" button, by pressing the "Back" button etc. Should you need to make any other changes after having pressed the "Confirm Order" button, you may access your account again and perform the changes, however, such changes shall only be in place for future orders. 7. Receiving the Order Shortly after recording the order, you will be contacted by one of our operators who will notify you the delivery time, check with you the delivery address and the order submitted. You will receive the following, by email:

·        The proforma invoice (along with clear comments on the delivery and invoicing data) and its specific conditions;

·        Buyer's comments (as appropriate);

·        The Terms & Conditions, also available at www.vinimondo.ro, same for all Buyers, to be stored in the database at www.vinimondo.ro, under the current legislation.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Order delivery shall be performed by means of the Urgent Cargus SA carrier company, at the address specified by you. The order confirmation phone call shall specify the time range when you would like to receive the products ordered.

The maximum delivery time of products in stock is 3 business days from order confirmation, or 2 days from the payment being recorded in the Seller's account, if payment is made by bank transfer.

 

DELIVERY FEES

For deliveries in the range of the City of Bucharest, FREE transport applies on all orders over Lei 250. For deliveries outside the range of the City of Bucharest, FREE transport applies on all orders over Lei 400. For all other instances, a fee of Lei 19,99 shall apply. The amount shown in your online Basket is the full payable amount.

The maximum delivery term is 24-72 hours from confirmation of stock availability for the product ordered.

In case of advance payment by bank transfer, the delivery term shall enter into force from the time the full amount has been recorded under the account of SC VINIMONDO IMPORT SRL.

In the event that the client may not be reached on the date and time specified for delivery, SC VINIMONDO IMPORT SRL shall keep the ordered goods for three business days, and during this time we shall try and contact you to complete the order. In case the client may not be reached, at this time, either, the order shall be cancelled.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

The products ordered may be paid for as follows:

1.      in cash, upon delivery; payment shall be made to the carrier as they shall deliver to you:

·        the original invoice issued by de SC VINIMONDO IMPORT SRL;

·        the original receipt, for the amount specified in the invoice received from SC VINIMONDO IMPORT SRL. The receipt shall be issued by the Carrier as they shall receive the payable amount, on behalf of SC VINIMONDO IMPORT SRL.

2.      online, by debit or credit card, fully secured. Cards accepted for payment are those issued by VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if a CVV2/CVC2 code is present);

3.      by PO (payment order) in the account and for the data specified on the proforma invoice received via email.
