Visual

Palate

On the palate, aromas of black currants, notes of graphite and toasted bread. The acidity is fresh and balanced by fine, rich tannins.

Nose

Bouquet of black currants and blueberries and light herbal notes.

Winemaking

Maceration for 3 weeks. Vinification in barriques (75% new) for 16-18 months.
