Visual

Bright yellow with greenish hues, rich and persistent perlage.

Palate

Well balanced, silky and creamy, with high, savory acidity.

Nose

Fragrant to the nose, with hints of citrus, flowers and traces of peach.

Winemaking

The traditional method. Direct pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Aging for 24 months on fine yeasts in the bottle, and after disgorging, another 4 months aging in the bottle.
