Visual

Ruby red.

Palate

Medium bodied, silky tannins, pleasant acidity, herbal notes.

Nose

Raspberries, and a lot of graphite and phosphorus at the beginning, and after a few minutes a complex bouquet of flowers, herbs and mushrooms.

Winemaking

Controlled temperature fermentation, 7 days of maceration on skin, malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels, 25% new, 25% at the second use and 50% at the third use.
