Visual

Rosé-salmon color, lively and bright.

Palate

The taste is delicate and elegant, with a medium body and an impressive intensity and finesse. A remarkable sparkling rosé, with a fruity and intense aftertaste and sensations of sweet spices.

Nose

Intense aromatic tones of strawberries, cherries, flowers and citrus fruits developed on a mineral aromatic structure.

Winemaking

A sparkling wine obtained by the traditional method, from 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, with a small percentage of Ambonnay Rouge wine. Before being disgorged, the wine was refined on the lees for 42 months.
