Palate

Elegant, powerful, citrus aromas, minerality, long finish.

Nose

Citrus fruit and vegetal notes gently mingle with a subtle minerality without ever being too heavy or too exuberant.

Winemaking

Direct pressing of grapes on arrival at the winery. Fermentation in wooden vats, casks and stainless steel vats. Aging on the lees in wooden vats, casks (predominantly) and stainless steel vats.
