Visual

Yellow with golden reflections, with fine and unrelenting perlage.

Palate

Well-balanced, with a fresh acidity that compliments the toasted hazelnuts finish.

Nose

Fragrant notes of biscuits and fresh fruits.

Winemaking

Traditional method. Direct pressing of the grapes with fermentation partly in steel. Refinement and development: A minimum of 24 months on the lees, followed by 4 months in the bottle after disgorging.
