Visual
La Muse is deep purple in color with garnet hues. La Joie has a very deep garnet-purple color. Le Désir has a deep-garnet purple color.
Palate
La Muse - flavors of black fruit carry through to the palate, accompanied by subtle notes of baking spices. The tannins are ripe yet elegant and the finish is lingering and fresh. La Joie -the palate stays true to the nose, where these rich flavors are balanced with well-structured tannins and bright acidity. The finish is elegant with persistent flavors that last well after each taste. A truly remarkable wine that will mature gracefully. Le Désir - At the same time, powerful and yet beautifully elegant, firm fine-grained tannins and layers of fresh blue and red berry fruits provide a finish to the wine that has both persistence and depth.
Nose
La Muse displays concentrated aromas of black raspberries, dark chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, and forest floor, La Joie presents complex aromatics of damson plum, cedarwood, and black olive with nuances of tobacco and clove and Le Désir surprises us with its complex aromas of plums, cherries, blueberries and dried flowers that are complemented by spice notes of cardamom and star anise.
Winemaking
Aging for 16 months in French oak barriques, 100% new.
