Winemaking
A new cuvée, a new interpretation of Franciacorta, Alma Non Dosato represents the contemporary and vibrant interpretation of the Bellavista vineyard. It is assembled, in the cellar, from harvest selections and some “reserve” wines from previous vintages. Harvest period late August, early September. Aging for 30 months from the harvest: 15% pièces, 85% inox. Dosage 0 g/l.
