Visual
Pale yellow color.
Palate
Intense and ample taste, and long finish, with a subtle bitter taste and a very mild and persistent carbonation. The freshness denotes a great aging potential.
Nose
Ample bouquet with notes of candied fruit (peach, quince) and tertiary notes of puff pastry, brioche, nuts, licorice and dried herbs.
Winemaking
Bottled in February 2014. Disgorged in November 2023. No added sugar.
This special edition Cava was created in 2014 to celebrate 100 years of the Jané family's connection to the world of wines. It is a tribute to four generations of winemakers and is representative for the concept of Cava Brut Nature. This Cava is made only from the best vintages.
