Visual

Dark ruby-red.

Palate

Fresh and balanced acidity highlighting black fruit flavors, medium body, superb concentration and licorice notes. Fine but persistent tannins and notes of toast, specific to aging in oak.

Nose

Expressive bouquet, with fresh aromas of red and black fruits, with secondary toasty notes.

Winemaking

Fermented in oak barrels at 28°C and matured in barriques (60% new, own production) on lees for 18 months, with a single transfer.
