Palate
The taste is savory, enveloping, creamy, and intense, with fresh, well-integrated effervescence and a long finish. Great development potential.
Nose
Complex bouquet with aromas of pears, plums, lemon cream, puff pastry and notes of dried herbs.
Winemaking
Manual harvesting. The grapes come from seven old vines (from 50 to 80 years old) in Baix Penedès and Alt Camp, located in the mountain area with calcareous soils. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in bottle, on fine lees, for 55 to 65 months. No added sugar.
