Visual
Greenish yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
Palate
The taste is savory, enveloping, creamy and intense, with sensations of freshness and well-integrated carbonation and a long finish. Great development potential.
Nose
Complex bouquet with aromas of pears, plums, lemon cream, puff pastry and notes of dried herbs.
Winemaking
Manual harvesting. The grapes come from seven old vines (from 50 to 80 years old) in Baix Penedès and Alt Camp, located in the mountain area with calcareous soils. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 5% in French oak barrels. Aged for 45 months. No added sugar.
