Visual

Bright and pure yellow, the perlage is fine and continuous.

Palate

Dynamic and tense, with a mineral finish that adds depth and character. Creaminess and structure, balance and deep harmony. Natural freshness combines with stylistic maturity, creating a complete and satisfying tasting experience.

Nose

A delicate bouquet of Mediterranean flowers that combines with bright citrus notes, offering freshness and complexity.

Winemaking

The grapes are carefully selected from 60 vineyards, following 91 selections. The 'reserve' wines dominate the final character of the wine, and for this assemblage, 32% of the wines are aged in small white oak barrels at least 35 years old.
