Visual

Bright antique pink. The perlage is fine, pleasant and refined, with abundant mousse.

Palate

The same olfactory aromas, complemented by the creamy and silky texture, finesse and persistence.

Nose

The seductive bouquet is characterized by elegant and delicate notes of orange blossom, accompanied by fine aromas of candied citrus.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested between the end of August and beginning of September. Maturation on fine lees for 30 months, 23% in barriques. Dosage: 3 g/l
