Palate

Fruity, juicy and fresh.

Nose

Intense aromas of fresh red fruits.

Winemaking

Direct pressing to obtain a light ruby color. Fermentation with wild yeasts. Bottled mid-fermentation so that fermentation can be complete in the bottle, creating bubbles naturally. No dosage.
