Visual
Medium ruby-red color, but quite purple on the rim.
Palate
The palate is ripe and opulent with juicy black cherry flavors and a touch of toast. Medium-bodied with fine tannins that are supple initially but offer some grip on the finish. Acidity is balanced by freshness.High aging potential.
Nose
It displays excellent aromas of ripe red and black cherries.
Winemaking
Malolactic fermentation and maturation: in French oak barrels (80% new). Filtering and clarifying, only when necessary, depending on the quality of the harvest. Aging: 15 – 18 months, depending on the vintage.
