Deep -ruby.
Palate
Aromas of ripe black fruits – such as blackberries, currants and plums – dominate the attack, followed by shades of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla and sweet spices coming from ripening in Oak. Subtle tones of fine tobacco and moist earth emerge in evolution, which add complexity and depth.
Nose
It opens with aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, and cassis, intertwined with notes of mocha, cedar, and sweet spice from oak aging. Subtle hints of violet, graphite, and vanilla add depth and sophistication.
Winemaking
After careful hand-harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve purity of fruit and extract fine tannins and color. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes extended maceration to enhance structure and depth. The blend is then aged for about 15–18 months in French and American oak barrels, a portion of which are new, imparting subtle notes of vanilla, spice, and mocha while maintaining the vibrant fruit expression.
