Visual
Intense ruby red with purple hues.
Palate
The taste is intense, strong, elegant, and fresh. Balanced and crisp tannins and velvety texture. It displays notes of violets, tobacco, blackcurrant jam, and candied cherries.
Nose
Intense fruity aromas of sour cherry and blackcurrant, spices, mint and licorice.
Winemaking
Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. Aging for 10 months in 3rd, and 4th use oak barrels (70%) and in cement tanks (30%).
