Visual

Deep red with garnet hues.

Palate

The palate is ample, with enveloping tannins and a long, pleasant finish.         

Nose

Ripe plum aromas, notes of tobacco and spices.

Winemaking

Fermentation on lees in stainless steel at a temperature of 32 °C. The wine was left to macerate for 7 days to preserve structure and longevity. The resulting wine underwent malolactic fermentation in barrels, 20% of which were new, and was left to age for 10 months. The wine was finally assembled, filtered, and bottled.
