Visual

Deep golden yellow.

Palate

Full-bodied and structured, with a round and creamy texture; the fruit flavors are well integrated, supported by balanced acidity, and the finish is long, with notes of brioche and dried fruits.

Nose

Complex, with notes of ripe fruits (yellow apple, peach, apricot), subtle hints of red fruits, and nuances of pastry, almonds, and light toasted tones.

Winemaking

Made from grapes sourced from its own vineyards, vinified in the traditional Champagne method, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, followed by a second fermentation in bottle and aging on the lees.
