Visual

Palate

Fresh and fruity, with notes of ripe apples, pears, plums, and orchard fruits, complemented by subtle hints of white flowers and pastry.

Winemaking

Made from grapes sourced from its own vineyards, vinified in the traditional Champagne method, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, followed by a second fermentation in bottle and aging on the lees.
