Candied and dried fruits, complemented by notes of honey, caramel, and sweet spices, with subtle oxidative nuances and a rich, complex expression.

Winemaking

Made by fortifying fresh grape must with grape-derived alcohol, a process that stops fermentation and preserves the grapes’ natural sweetness. The Ratafia is then aged to develop complexity, roundness, and its characteristic notes of candied fruit and subtle oxidative nuances.
