Bright yellow.
Palate
Full-bodied and elegant, with a creamy, well-structured texture supported by fresh, precise acidity. Notes of citrus and white fruit blend with mineral and subtly spicy nuances, leading to a long, persistent, and refined finish.
Nose
Bergamot blossom and magnolia, complemented by citrus notes, star anise, cream, and talc, creating a fine, expressive, and refined aromatic profile.
Winemaking
Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, using grapes selected from the estate’s finest vineyards. A portion of the base wines is fermented and aged in small oak barrels. Following the second fermentation in the bottle, the Franciacorta is aged on the lees for at least seven years, developing complexity, finesse, and depth.
