Nose
Elegant aromas of ripe white fruits, citrus, and peaches, complemented by floral notes, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle mineral accents. Careful ageing adds delicate hints of almonds, toasted bread, and fine spices.
Winemaking
Produced from Verdejo grapes sourced from organically cultivated pre-phylloxera vines. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, while the wine is aged on fine lees in French oak barrels and foudres to achieve complexity, texture, and aromatic elegance.
