Ronchedone - 2021 - Benaco Bresciano IGT
Deep red, with garnet hues.
On the palate, it is powerful and incisive, clean, savoury with the fine acidity that is the mark of the land of Benaco.
Very rich on the nose with hints of red fruit, crushed blueberries, Marasca cherries in alcohol, balsamic and jam aromas.
Maceration and fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with extended skin contact. Malolactic fermentation took place in barriques where the wine remained for 14 months, followed by 10 months in the bottle.
