Full-bodied, dense, velvety, with silky and well-integrated tannins. Well balanced, fresh and elegant.

Nose

Intense and complex bouquet, blueberries and cassis aromas, licorice and vanilla notes.

Winemaking

Spontaneous 15/18 day fermentation in small concrete vats with periodic pump-overs and délestage. Maturation for 24 months in new, once-, and -twice used French oak barrels.
