White flowers, citrus, ripe yellow fruits, honey and mineral notes.

Winemaking

Mechanical harvesting. Pneumatic pressing, cold settling. Spontaneous fermentation (indigenous yeasts). Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels of 600l.
