Elegant and balanced, honey and mineral notes, freshness, vibrant acidity, and a long aftertaste.

Nose

Citrus, green apples, and peach aromas with distinctive minerality.

Winemaking

The grapes are handpicked. Pneumatic pressing, cold settling. Spontaneous fermentation (indigenous yeasts). Aged for 10 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 30hl.
