Visual

Dark, bright ruby.

Palate

Full-bodied, bright and juicy with fantastic power and richness. Yet the acidity just keeps going. Volcanic salt and white peppers.

Nose

Intense blue fruits such as blueberries and blackberries. Black truffle, too. 

Winemaking

Fermented in 225 liter oak barrels and 500 liter French oak roll-fermenters for 16 days. Aged for 18 months in barrel.
