Visual

Bright golden lemon.

Palate

Rich and textured, fleshy and layered structure, good depth, delightfully concentrated fruitiness, and a magnificent amplitude. Finesse, complexity, and elegance. 

Nose

Aromatic complexity, lemon, notes of apples and pears baked with butter, honey, toasted wheat bread and almonds. 

Winemaking

The grapes are handpicked. Aging for 17 months, out of which 5 months in stainless steel tanks, the rest of the time in French oak barrels, 30% new.
