Visual

Bright lemon, with fine and persistent bubbles.

Palate

Rich, fruity, and smooth, with notes of lemon, apple, papaya, orange, minerals, and hints of blackberries and prunes in its long aftertaste. Extra Brut, dozage 5g/l.

Nose

Aromas of lemon, papaya, black currants, subtle notes of buttered toast, hints of white flowers, and pineapple.

Winemaking

The traditional method, with 9 months on lees in enamel vats and aging on lees in bottles in the cellar.
