Elegant aromas of ripe white fruits, citrus, white flowers, and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by subtle mineral notes and delicate hints of toasted almonds and fine spices.

Winemaking

Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, while the wine is aged on fine lees in French oak barrels and foudres to enhance its complexity, minerality, and aromatic elegance.
