Carmenere Gran Reserva - 2020 - Casablanca Valley
Deep red with garnet hues.
The palate is ample, with enveloping tannins and a long, pleasant finish.
Ripe and plummy, with notes of tobacco and spices.
Fermentation on yeasts in stainless steel at a temperature of 32ºC. The wine was left to macerate for an additional 7 days, for added structure and longevity. The resulting wine underwent malolactic fermentation in barrels, of which 20% were new, where it was left to age for 10 months. The wine was finally assembled, filtered and bottled.
