Visual

Bright purple red.

Palate

Elegant, with velvety tannins, well balanced, and a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Nose

Complex bouquet, a blend of fresh red fruits, herbaceous notes and hints of mint and violet.

Winemaking

Short maceration and fermentation on indigenous yeasts at 24-26°C, with very little intervention on the wine, 20% whole bunches. Then 4 to 6 months of aging in old barrels to bring structure and length to the wine.
