Visual

Ruby red.

Palate

The taste is fresh and juicy, with notes of red and black forest fruits and velvety tannins. The aftertaste is fruity and spicy.

Nose

Aromas of ripe wild fruits, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blackcurrants.

Winemaking

Cold maceration for several days to extract the color and fruity and spicy aromas from the skin. Fermentation at 26°C with regular pumping. No oak aging to preserve fruitiness and freshness.
