Visual

Pale yellow.

Palate

A round, flattering and harmonious Chablis. A right balance between a mineral attack and an aftertaste of candied fruits.  

Nose

Fresh aromas of orchard fruit, mineral notes and white flowers hints.

Winemaking

The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels. Maturation of 12 months(4 months in stainless steel and 8 months in oak barrels).
