Juicy, tight , offering excellent tension to the flavors of stone fruits, lime zest, white pepper and crushed stone.

Nose

Vibrant aromas of lemon, lime zest and white pepper.

Winemaking

65% in stainless steel vats with temperature-controlled fermentation. 35% in barrels (90% in 1,2 and 3 years old barrels, 10% in new and 1-year-old barrels) for 6 months.
