Visual

Deep ruby red.

Palate

The wine is full-bodied with a long and toasty finish, evoking flavors of light tobacco, licorice and mocha on the palate.

Nose

Complex bouquet of ripe wild berries, black currant and well-balanced oak.

Winemaking

Cold maceration for 24 hours followed by a 20 day fermentation period. Aging for 12 months in new French barrels.
