Roşu rubiniu strălucitor.

Palate

Juicy and supremely energetic on the palate, being the kind of spot-on marriage of fruit, supple tannins and mouth-watering acidity.

Nose

 Aromatic complexity, a heady fusion of raspberries, wild strawberries, violets, five spice, and crushed rock.  

Winemaking

 The grapes were hand-picked. The wild yeast fermentation and élevage were done in tanks.
