Visual

Deep ruby red with elegant orange hints.

Palate

Full-bodied, very tight and polished with a dense and powerful palate, which opens and grows, yet remains agile and beautiful.

Nose

The aromas are always so complex with cherries, blackberries, rosemary, sage and spice.

Winemaking

The grapes sourced for Colore were selected from 3 vineyards: Lamole, Vincigliata and Siena. The fermentation and maceration are taking place in small open top oak barrels. After the fermentation the wine is moved into new french oak barriques for 24 months, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
