Winemaking
Fermentation and maceration for around three weeks followed by ageing in oak for 30 months.
Provine din vite din Cerequio - La Morra, unde suprafata totala cultivata este de 6ha. Produs pentru prima oara in 1996, trece printr-un poces de macerare de 3 saptamani pe bostina, maturare 12 luni in "barriques" si 18 luni in butoaie mari de stejar. Cei mai buni ani au un potential de invechire de 40 de ani.
