Domaine Nico Soeur et Frères Le Paradis - 2016 - Mendoza
Ruby red.
Full-bodied, very linear and long. Polished and fine tannins. Pretty, focused and balanced.
A perfumed and floral wine with hints of fresh tea and strawberries, and persistent minerality.
The grapes from this small plot of 12 ha were vinified separately (12 microvinifications). 50% undergoes fermentation in small 800L vats and 50% fermentation in 600L oak barrels. Maximum fermentation temperature: 24ºC, maceration for 13-16 days. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels (500L) 20% new, 40% at the third use and 40% at the fourth use.
